Reviews and Ratings
I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were beautifully decorated, spacious, and well-appointed, especially the club floor rooms which are definitely worth the upgrade. The service was exceptional, from the front door to check-in, they truly went above and beyond. The location was very convenient, right at the beginning of a main street with lots of cafes, making exploring the historical district a breeze. The dining experience offered a good variety, although the crowded atmosphere was a downside. Overall, a great experience with just a few minor hiccups.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were comfortable, especially considering the price, but their distance from the front desk was a bit inconvenient. It's definitely one of the good places to stay in Merida.
Staying at the Intercontinental was a pleasant experience overall, especially considering the price. However, the rooms were farther from the front desk than expected. The service was top-notch, typical of the Intercontinental standards, and the location was great, surrounded by charming cafes and historic sites. The dining experience didn't quite live up to the high-end expectations, feeling more like a crowded resort, although there were some fresh salad options available.
